MODIFICATIONS: No reservation modifications will be confirmed after the 48-hour cutoff period.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the first scheduled service and/or the first day of skiing. After the cutoff period, a €20 administrative fee per cancelled pass will be charged.
NO-SHOW / FAILURE TO COLLECT SERVICES ON THE FIRST DAY: No refunds or credits will be issued. Failure to notify the provider or cancel once the first day of the contracted service has begun results in no refund—partial or total—for the contracted service.
RESORT CLOSURE: The client must request a refund (if applicable) for any contracted services or passes by emailing the purchase receipt (provided with the pass) to devolucionesnieve@gmail.com, along with details regarding the resort closure dates and the specific services/passes booked. Once the client has completed their stay, the request for a refund due to the resort not opening is processed on the final day of skiing.Refunds for non-use of the purchased ski pass:
In accordance with the General Conditions of Use for Sierra Nevada ski passes, interruptions, early closures, or limitations on the use of slopes or lifts due to technical, weather-related, or other causes do not entitle the holder to compensation or reimbursement, except in cases expressly provided for in the applicable specific conditions detailed in the Ski Pass Conditions of Use.
Pursuant to Article 9 of the Rules for the Use of Sierra Nevada Mechanical Lift Facilities, the closure of facilities or slopes while the resort is in operation—whether for safety reasons or other justified causes—does not automatically entitle the holder to a refund of the ski pass or ticket price.
NON-USE OF INDIVIDUAL SKI PASS:
A refund for non-use, if applicable and authorized by Cetursa SN, will be calculated based on an arithmetic mean of €10.00 per ski pass per unused day, charged as an ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
In cases of non-use affecting Fridays and/or Mondays (where the intended days of use were Saturday and Sunday), the service will be billed at the published retail price (PVP), with the resulting refund incurring a charge of €10 per ski pass per unused day.
"Family formula" ski passes that drop from the minimum purchase requirement of 3 days to 2 days due to non-use will not be eligible for any refund, as the condition or threshold required to qualify for that specific rate is no longer met.
The deadline to request any refund for non-use is May 10, 2027.How do I request a refund for my ski pass? The customer must request a refund—where applicable—for any contracted services or lift passes by emailing the purchase receipt (provided at the time of pickup) to devolucionesnieve@gmail.com and specifying the days the resort was closed and the services or passes involved. This request for a refund due to resort closure should be submitted after the customer has concluded their stay (i.e., after their final day of skiing).
The deadline for resolving any issues regarding refund requests is May 10, 2027, and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to them is June 10, 2027. These deadlines account for potential pending issues or delays, though the processing itself may require a longer period due to operational factors.
